Group Fitness

Our sessions are 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, led by two experienced coaches. Each session includes a thorough warm-up and cool-down, helping to reduce the risk of injury while optimizing calorie burn.

​

The focus of our training is on functional fitness, incorporating a blend of hypertrophy, muscular endurance, strength, and agility exercises to enhance overall performance.

• Mon thru Thurs: 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

• Fri: 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 12pm

• Sat: 8am, 9am

Resolute X

Our group fitness program is specifically designed for older adults (55+) to support graceful aging and enhance overall quality of life through functional training.

The program focuses on improving balance, endurance, and strength, helping participants prevent falls, increase joint stability, and maintain an active lifestyle.

​

Each session lasts 45 minutes and is led by two certified Functional Aging Specialists.

ZUMBA

​

Zumba is a dynamic workout that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously, providing total-body toning. It offers a dual benefit: aerobic exercise to elevate heart rate and anaerobic exercise to improve cardiovascular and respiratory health.

​

In addition to its physical benefits, Zumba is a great way to relieve stress—after all, "Why be moody when you can shake your booty?"

​

We offer Zumba classes on a monthly basis, free of charge for our members.

​

Non-members are welcome to join for a $5 fee per class.

Nutrition Coaching

​

For an additional fee, our members can access personalized one-on-one nutrition coaching year-round.

​

This service includes access to our comprehensive food tracking and coaching system, where a dedicated coach will assign personalized habits and nutritional goals.

Coaches will also review your nutrition log weekly, providing ongoing education and guidance to help you make informed, sustainable choices.

Body Composition Analysis

Elevation Challenges

Our 6-Week Fitness and Nutrition Program is designed to help you achieve lasting results through structured challenges held at key times throughout the year, typically scheduled for the New Year, Spring, and Fall.

​

Throughout the program, you'll be paired with a dedicated Coach who will guide you every step of the way—helping you stay accountable to your goals, build sustainable habits, and follow a personalized nutrition plan.

​

This program focuses on optimizing fat loss while preserving muscle mass and preventing plateaus, ensuring you make steady progress toward your fitness and health objectives.

Non-members are also welcome to participate in these challenges.
