At Resolute Fitness, we are much more than your average gym. We are FAMILY.
We offer 45 minute group fitness sessions led by two passionate Coaches who are determined to help you perform your workout with proper form and confidence, regardless of your fitness level.
When you walk in you will be greeted by a friendly team, excited to help you find your best self.
Our goal is to create a community of acceptance and empowerment through fitness and mindset coaching. A place where we instill self-belief in the people of our community and motivate them to elevate their health and fitness, both physically and mentally.
Our sessions are 45 minute long High Intensity Interval Training workouts, led by two Coaches.
You will get properly warmed up and cooled down, this minimizes the risk of injury and maximizes the caloric burn.
These sessions will focus on functional training through a combination of hypertrophy, muscular endurance, strength, and agility training.
M-Th: 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Fri: 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 12pm
Sat: 8am, 9am
A group fitness program for older adults (55+) specifically designed to help them age gracefully and improve their overall quality of life through functional training.
The program will help them improve balance, endurance, and strength in order to prevent falls, improve joint stability, and keep them active.
Sessions will last 45 minutes long and led by 2 Functional Aging Specialists.
M, W, Fri: 10:30am
Fitness and nutrition program that runs 6 weeks long at designated times of the year. Typically scheduled for the new year, spring time, and in the fall.
On these challenges you will be assigned your own Coach to help hold you accountable to your goals, help you build strong habits, and provide you with a nutrition plan that is sustainable.
Optimizing fat loss while minimizing muscle loss and preventing plateaus.
Non members are welcome to join these challenges.
For an additional fee, our members can receive one on one nutrition coaching all year long.
Includes access to our food tracking and coaching system with a coach assigning habits and nutritional goals as well as checking nutrition log weekly and educating the client on nutrition.

Helps you de-stress. "Why be moody when you can shake your booty?"
We will have Zumba class monthly. Which comes at no cost to our members.
Non-Members may attend Zumba for a $5 fee.
